Madhurjya Sarmah
Founder & lead developer, the accountable senior on every engagement this site routes. Backend engineer turned full-stack practitioner; five years of production systems across India, the US, UK, UAE and Australia.
The short version
Backend engineer and automation specialist by training, full-stack practitioner by demand: production Node.js systems, WordPress engineering, Shopify builds, SEO and automation, one desk, no handoffs. The clients tend to be businesses whose previous "2k website + free SEO" stack collapsed under contact with reality: the work is rebuilding that properly, with observability, clean architecture and as little toil as possible.
Operating philosophy is unglamorous on purpose: if it can be automated, automate it; if it can break, handle it before it does; boring reliability over impressive fragility. This site, the rate tables, the guides, the published terms, is the way the same person works on projects.
What that means for your project
You talk to the person who does the work. Core-stack builds (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Node/React) are delivered directly. Specialist-heavy scopes run through the vetted senior network, with the mode stated in your quote and the accountability staying here. Either way: scoped quotes in writing, repo access from day one, IP on payment.
