Specialist-heavy builds run through vetted senior independents — managed by this practice, same contract, one accountable senior. Small on purpose: live-portfolio verification, technical interview, reference checks, probation first project. Profiles publish as specialists onboard to public pages.
Why not a directory?
Because a profile wall you cannot verify is decoration, and decoration is not proof. The standard this site holds developers to — live work you can check, references you can call, terms in writing — is the standard applied to everyone who touches work routed through it. When there are enough verifiable public profiles to be worth a directory, it will exist. Until then: one person you can hold accountable, named, with everything checkable.
