One page $89 · Full website $289 · you own everything
How It Works: Scope, Materials, Build, Handover
Every step from first enquiry to a website you own, with the rules stated before you pay anything.
Step 1: Scope
You choose a package or contact us for a custom quote. We clarify the purpose of the site, the pages required, functionality, preferred design and any integration needs. Deliverables and the delivery timeline are confirmed in writing before anything starts. If your project does not fit a fixed package, we say so here, loudly, and quote it properly instead.
Step 2: Materials
We collect and review everything needed before work begins. The checklist:
- Mandatory: logo and brand assets if you have them, business or personal information, page copy and service descriptions, images, contact details, required functionality, and any hosting, domain or account details relevant to the build.
- Optional but valuable: testimonials and credentials, reference websites and design preferences, videos and project assets.
For the One-Page Website package, production cannot begin until all required materials have been received and reviewed as complete. Package selection or payment does not override this rule. It is what makes the one-day promise deliverable instead of fictional.
Step 3: 30% advance payment
With scope agreed and materials accepted, we invoice 30% of the package price: $26.70 on the $89 package, $86.70 on the $289 package. Payment goes through our manual process, an invoice from us, paid by you. Nothing is charged automatically by this website, ever.
Step 4: Build
Work starts only when scope, materials and the advance are all confirmed. We build within the agreed scope and package limits. Changes that substantially expand scope are discussed and priced separately, never smuggled into the middle of a build.
For eligible one-page builds, delivery happens within one working day of production starting. Full websites run to the timeline agreed in step 1.
Step 5: Completion and review
We present the finished website for your review. Corrections and the included revisions are handled as part of the package. New pages, new features or expanded work are distinguished clearly and quoted before any of it begins.
Step 6: Remaining 70%
After the agreed work is complete, we invoice the remaining 70%. The balance is confirmed before the website is released or transferred. The sequence protects both sides: you always see finished work before the final payment, and we always hold a confirmed balance before handover.
Step 7: Transfer and handover
The completed website moves to your environment, with files, documentation and access arrangements. You retain ownership and administrative access to your domain, hosting, website assets and Google properties. Registration fees, hosting, premium plugins, licences and external subscriptions are yours, paid to their providers directly.
Netlify and your domain, for one-page customers
Every one-page customer creates their own free Netlify account and obtains their own domain through a registrar of their choice. Both remain yours permanently. We deploy through appropriate collaboration or deployment access, and we never ask you to send passwords over email or WhatsApp. Handover includes the exact steps to connect your domain and manage the site yourself. Full-website customers agree hosting and deployment arrangements individually during scoping; nothing is assumed.
Why the rules are this strict
Because every rule on this page exists to prevent a specific way fast website projects go wrong: work started on half-delivered materials, payment disputes mid-build, handovers that lock clients out of their own property. The process is strict so the promise can be relaxed. If any step does not fit your situation, tell us and we will adjust it in writing, before money moves.
This page, as a launch day.
Fixed price, fixed date, you own everything. If your project outgrows the day, we say so before you pay.
